Meeting Rooms

From board meetings, and private interviews to training or assessment days, seminars and networking events, we have suites and meeting rooms of different sizes and configurations available for all uses. Let our team manage the facilities and logistics, leaving you to concentrate on the business at hand.

All our meeting rooms are purpose-built to a high specification, with air conditioning, free high capacity dedicated Wi-Fi, meeting consumables, free on-site car parking, any catering and refreshments you care to specify, and break-out rooms as required.

We can schedule the day to suit your timetable, providing refreshments and meals when required, leaving you to focus on the business issues you’re there to address.

Depending upon your needs, we can create additional meeting rooms within our grounds to suit different themes: woodland spaces, grassland areas, canvas covered areas are all feasible, and of course, the nooks and crannies of our built-estate can be adapted for smaller meeting opportunities if required.

Production AV

We have a comprehensive suite of AV equipment which allows us to handle almost any requirement for projection, scene and mood setting, or experience generation.

We own our PA systems, lighting rigs, screens – both conventional and plasma – projectors, microphones and speakers, which we maintain on a regular schedule to ensure they are always available in tip-top condition. And all the cables, control boxes, and clever management systems to be sure it all works as it should…

Our technicians have the ability to stage almost any aspect of an audio-visual event you may imagine. And they know how to assemble the kit – what plugs go where – and which switch works what – so that you don’t have the set-up hassle some venues inflict on you before you get your event up and running…

So you know your show will run smoothly, and appear stunning when you use our facility…

Venue Decoration

Similarly, we have a vast range of decorative items, which allows us to offer a wide range of themes for event organisers.

While remaining mindful of the need to hit a proper corporate or commercial note, we can supply themes from casinos, through awards ceremonies, to place-specific themes (such as the Wild West, or ancient Greece or Rome, or Hawaii, or Paris – you get the picture…).

Breakout Areas

Most of our formal meeting rooms have linked breakout areas to facilitate those working group sessions necessary for effective problem-solving.

And if you’ve chosen a meeting space without such facilities, given sufficient notice we can manufacture suitable breakout areas.

Restaurant & Bar

Named probably after the folk name for a rowan tree – although some claim it was after a fabled American racehorse of the 1960s – our on-site bar & grill – The Quicken Tree – is popular with locals and food lovers alike. Offering a menu to suit all budgets, from fine dining to grills, pizzas, and afternoon teas our catering service uses our restaurant and private dining rooms, as well as our corporate spaces, to serve food of the highest quality, made using the finest local ingredients.

We can cater for intimate dinners to mass-service company events.

And of course, we offer a complete choice of healthy eating options with all the free-from requirements you could imagine.

In the evenings we offer a bar service so feel free to call in and warm yourself by our log burner in the winter months or enjoy the sunshine out on our terrace in the spring summer months.

Accommodation

We have flexible accommodation with Old Hall House which is a stunning 16th Century boutique country house bed & breakfast, with an AA 4* rating, set in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside.

Overlooking the medieval woodland and picturesque lakes, this beautiful country house is based in the extensive grounds of the Heart of England events venue.

We also have 2 Glamping Pods, a Log Cabin and 5 Shepherd Huts.

Each of the 9 bedrooms in the house has been beautifully furnished with solid oak furniture and luxurious soft furnishings, creating a relaxing and sumptuous environment to relax in.

All rooms in the house are fitted with large flat screen TV’s, tea and coffee making facilities and en-suite shower rooms, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Within the house you will find a cosy lounge with feature fireplace and a huge flat screen TV, where you can meet up with fellow guests or simply while away the hours reading your favourite book. The bright and airy breakfast room is an excellent place to start your day and enjoy a freshly prepared full English farmhouse breakfast.

Free WiFi is available within the house
3G + 4G signal strength is good for Pods, Log Cabin & Shepherd Huts and guests are welcome to use the House lounge area to hook up to the Free WiFi.
